Mac Outlook re-sync account
>Open outlook
>Go to outlook settings (click on "Outlook" next to the apple logo from top left and select "Settings"
>once the eating page is open click on "Accounts"
>Remove and re-add your account (select your account and click on the minus "-" button from lower left)
>Re-add your account (click on the plus "+" button and add your account. Now the status of your account should be Green.
