How to Reset Windows Device?
A.Reset Dell Laptop
>Restart device
>While it's booting back up, keep pressing "F12" key
>Locate "Support Assist OS Recovery" and "Reset"
B.To reset Windows Computer:
>Hold the Left "Shift" key
>Click on the "Restart" button
>Hold Shift until the Dell logo appears
>Select "Troubleshoot"
>Then "Reset this PC",
>Remove files "Remove Everything"
